The points-based method of Weight Watchers is outdated and doesn’t go far enough to promote healthy lifestyle changes. For better success, stick with diets like Nutrisystem or Medifast Diet.

I do not like WW at all! When I started the plan, i only had a small amount of weight to lose. I didn't excersise much, but I always ate well. Now, I have been on plan, following everything for almost a year, and have gained 10 pounds! Impossible you might say; but I think I know why.....

I began to obsess over counting points and counting all my activities to the point of becoming abnormally focused on food. I never used to look at food this way. Instead, I would eat well, sometimes have a treat, but usually just watch myself the next few weeks when I would eat something caloric. Now, I crave carby food all the time, can;t look at anything without seeing the points, and I am broke from giving them all my money as well as gym membership money. Well, at least they got me excersising, but now i'm fatter than ever....sigh....i'm canceling my plan
